Every item is made to order — thank you for supporting a small UK Christian brand.


1. Made‑to‑Order Policy (No Change‑of‑Mind Returns)

Every item at Jazzy Faith Designs is custom printed just for you when you place your order. This helps us reduce waste, stay sustainable, and keep our mission focused.

Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Unwanted gifts

  • Buyer’s remorse

This follows the UK Consumer Rights Act exemption for custom‑made and personalised goods.

If you’re unsure about sizing, please check the size guide carefully before ordering — or message us and we’ll help.


🔒 2. Our Quality Guarantee (Replacements for Defects)

We want you to love what you receive. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, we will replace it free of charge.

You’re fully covered if:

  • The print is blurry, peeling, faded, or incorrect

  • The item arrives damaged

  • You receive the wrong item or wrong size due to a production error

  • The garment measurements differ from our size chart by more than 1 inch (2.5 cm)

How to report an issue

Email us at sales@jazzyfaithdesigns.com within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

You do not need to return the faulty item. We’ll remake and resend it immediately.


📏 3. Sizing & Fit Issues

Because each item is printed to order, we cannot accept returns if the wrong size was chosen.

To help you get the perfect fit:

  • Every product page includes a detailed size chart

  • We recommend comparing the measurements to a garment you already own

  • If you prefer a relaxed fit, consider sizing up

If the item you receive does not match the size chart, that counts as a manufacturing defect — and we’ll replace it.


🚚 4. Cancellations

Our production partners begin printing very quickly. We can usually only cancel an order within 1 hour of it being placed.
